Q: I lost my license. What can I do?
A: Feel free to contact us by sending an email to support@slideshowmakersoftware.com. If you've changed your email address, please tell us your email address you used when you purchased.
Q: Why Easy Slideshow Maker not accept my license?
A: You need input the user name and code exactly as we gave you. We strongly recommend you copy and then paste them to avoid typing errors. If you still failed, please send us a screenshot of the register window with your code putting in, then we'll check it for you.
Q: How to transfer Easy Slideshow Maker to another computer?
A: You may just re-download Easy Slideshow Maker from our download page and install it on your new computer, register it with the same code we gave you and you will get full license to use it again. And you may uninstall Easy Slideshow Maker from your old computer by clicking windows' menu 'Start'-'All Programs'-'Easy Slideshow Maker'-'Uninstall Easy Slideshow Maker'.
Q: Why I get a grey window when creating xvid slideshow video?
A: It lies on the xvid codec itself, and please just let it is when processing, when slideshow is completed, the window will disappear automatically.  
Q: How to get a divx slideshow video?
A: You need to install divx codec first, then click the 'Config' button beside the 'Profile' textbox, on the 'Profile' tab please choose divx codec from 'Video Codec' dropdown list and save it. Finally use the new adjusted profile to process and you will get divx slideshow file.
Q: Can I drag multiple photos or pictures to the slideshow at one time?
A: Of course, you need to press the key 'shift' on your keyboard when checking multiple photos or pictures as in widnows.
Q: How to shift your photo or picture in a slideshow?
A: There are two methods in the current version to shift your photo or picture in a slideshow(Version 1.0 can only shift one photo or picture at a time.):

 Method 1: shift your photo or picture with your mouse

  Check the photo or picture you want to shift, then right click it and you will find a pop up menu below,choose proper option to shift it.

  Method 2: shift your photo or picture with hotkeys

  Check the photo or picture you want to shift or use the arrow keys on your keyboard to shift different photo or picture to check, then use the key ">", "<" on your keyboard to move the photo or picture in your slideshow. You can also press 'Delete' key on your keyboard to delete the checked photo or picture.
